
FUŽI MAKING EXPERIENCE
Fuži is a traditional pasta from Istria, which you will find, year round, on the dinner table in any Istrian household and in konoba's (traditional style restaurants) across the region - served frequently with goulash, but at its best (in our opinion) with a liberal dose of fresh white truffles or Istria's very own liquid gold!
If you are looking for a unique and hands on cultural experience, one for the whole family or a group of friends, then immerse yourself in a fuži making class. The best part - after the hard work you will get to enjoy the fruits of your labour!

Fuži Making Experience
Our friend and neighbour Marisela, from Pove (check out our highly recommended Olive Oil tasting experience) is multi talented! Her specially curated Fuži making experience is both interesting and a lot of fun. We did it as a family and loved it!
Watch and learn how the pasta dough is made, roll up your sleeves and roll that fuži into shape, and then sit down and enjoy your fuži simply, yet deliciously, prepared with extra virgin olive oil and topped with freshly grated parmiggiano. Buonissimo!
