Villa Oliva  is set in a secluded, hilltop location, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and offers beautiful panoramic views of the rustic, rolling hills of Green Istria, with the Adriatic Sea lining the horizon.

The 5 star villa is ideal for 8 guests.  The ground floor includes a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, flooded with natural light. Three sets of french windows open onto a spacious terrace, private swimming pool, and covered areas for both dining and relaxing.  Luxurious and peaceful surroundings for relaxing at the end of an adventurous day, or simply relaxing all day!

 

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor, with the fourth on the ground floor.  All rooms include en-suite bathrooms and private dressing areas.  Two bedrooms on the first floor, including the Master, have direct access to private balconies with spectacular views, and the bedroom on the ground floor opens up onto the main terrace.

For health & spa lovers, the outdoor terrace is a perfect spot to practice yoga, and the villa has its own Finnish sauna.  If it is some gentle exercise you are looking for, take a stroll down through the young terraced olive grove, and treat yourself to a fresh cherry or fig when you reach the bottom ... a small boost of fresh, sweet energy for the return climb!
