We are excited to announce that the second luxury villa in our Experience Istria portfolio is now available for rental!

Villa Picholine is set in a stunning, hilltop location, in the heart of Green Istria, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with amazing views of the Mirna Valley and the Adriatic Sea.

​

The villa is perfect for 8 guests.  The ground floor includes a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, flooded with natural light, as well as the villa's private wine cellar.  French windows open onto a spacious terrace, private swimming pool, covered areas for both dining and relaxing, and our private olive grove.  Luxurious and peaceful surroundings for relaxing at the end of an adventurous day, or simply relaxing all day!

Two of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with direct access to the patio and pool.  The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the first floor, including the Master, which has a spacious private balcony with spectacular views, and steps down to the main terrace.  All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

​

For health & spa lovers, the outdoor terrace is a perfect spot to practice yoga, and the large olive grove is perfect for strolling through, with a glass of wine in hand, on a warm summer evening!    ​
